This rich and creamy formula is made with shea butter, mango butter, coconut oil, jojoba oil, and more to nourish dry skin and help keep you looking youthful.

When creating this butta, we had a vision of a product that would treat uneven skin tone, moisturize all skin types, and combat premature aging of the skin. We, therefore, set out to look for organic plant-based ingredients to use in the making of the butta, and we sourced all the ingredients from women-owned businesses.

After extensive research, these are the best ingredients that were chosen and used in the making of the butta.
Just like the name suggests, mango butter is a fat that originates from mango seeds, and the fat is extracted by cold pressing the mango seeds or putting it in a hydraulic machine. Mango butter in itself is rich in vitamin A, C and E.

Vitamin A prevents sun damage by prevention the breakdown of the collagen in the skin. It also promotes the skin's natural healing process, which gives the skin a more youthful look. Vitamin A is an important vitamin for fighting wrinkles, fine lines and a saggy loose appearance. It gives the skin its youthful look by combating free radicals that break down collagen, causing age spots on your face or other signs of weariness such as roughness from dehydration. A deficiency in this Vitamin A can cause dry patches that will start turning brown due to exposure. This mango butta will therefore restore any dryness on your skin.

The vitamin C in mango butter has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It brightens the skin by brightening dark spots, reducing scars, fading stretch marks, and fighting free radicals. Vitamin C boosts collagen production, therefore, preventing premature aging of the skin.

Vitamin E has moisturizing properties, fades scars, and treats fine lines and wrinkles in the skin.

Mango butter can be used by people with both dry and oily skin. When applied to dry and itchy skin penetrates deeply into the skin due to its light texture. It is also effective on oily skin or skin prone to breakouts because it is light oil that does not clog the skin pores. Mango butter has also decreased hyperpigmentation as it fades scars and dark spots giving the skin an even tone.
